As I see what has happened with the Hokulia case, my idea is that the best and quickest strategy is to file a class action lawsuit against the County govt. Have the taxpayers on the Kona side declare themselves as a class that pays 73% of the County taxes each year and receives 7% of the County spending on roads and infrastructure. We can sue for the taxes paid the past
5 years and I bet that would make the County sit up and take notice.
