What has Linda Lingle done for us?? I worked very hard and she was NO help on splitting the County. What are you talking about.
As for the roads! What a joke. 4 years later and they can’t finish 5 miles of road??? My roads in Coast view were done because I fought and paid for it . No thanks to Linda Lingle.

What kind of person are you that you think the Republican’s have done anything but destroy our Country over the past 7 years. The Nation is now going to get back on track.
I consider Obama to be a very brave man to take on this huge mess left by George Bush and his gang. It is about coming together now and becoming the great Nation we once were.

Linda Lingle was invited like the rest of the Governors to share our problems and concerns but she didn’t have time to go. She had plenty of time to go to Sarah Palin/ John McCain rallies.
We are a unique State and our business is tourism. We should have been there to discuss our needs. It also makes a statement. It shows Linda Lingle needs to get on board.

How do you figure Bush’s tax cuts helped anyone but the top 10% of our richest people in this nation. I do well but I don’t make over $200,000.00 a year. He is right on if you ask me.
Where and what 10 million jobs were created??? I can only see we have been driven into the ditch by this administration. Over 1 million people have lost their jobs this year alone.
Henry wake up Obama has won now get on board yourself.
Try being an American and give him a chance.

Linda linge wants all of these things including separate counties, equal distribution of road funds and separate school boards. Linda Lingle the Governor of WHO?

Shame on you Linda Lingle for not attending the Governor's meeting with ALL of the other Governors from accross the Country. She thought she had more important things to do then meet with the New President Elect and the rest of the Governor's to talk about our State's needs and challenges. She already spoke at 2 Republican rallys and had plenty of time to do that.
Don't even try for re-election in this State you have trampled the welcome mat and talked stink about Barak Obama.
Shame Shame.... Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

A New Beginnig with a new President

The Voters have voted. The changes will be forth coming. We all need to work together and put our great Country back on track.
First we can start by makeing changes at home. We can begin to conserve and save. Two words we haven't heard in a long time.
Second we can turn off the TV and tell our kids to go out side and PLAY. Be creative and active.
Third we can read to our kids and ask them to read to us. We need to do a better job monitoring what school work is and when it is due. Invest time in your kids.
Fourth spend family time together.

Road work in Kona worse then Mexico.

For what seems like years now the Queen Kahamanau Highway (phase 1) is being worked on. The construction crews and equipment that are on the job any given day is no more then 10. What kind of construction is this. Are the Contractors being charged for taking so long???
Are the County Council Members doing anything about it???
What is Harry Kim doing about it??
What is Bruce McClure doing about it??
Is this Contractor going to be allowed to bid on the next phase (to the airport)???

Hopeful to see who's in the running for Mayor.

Stacey Higa should have been terminated when the County lost a $270,000.00 law suit against him. Our tax dollars are paying for this kind of behavior???
