Does anyone know? Concurrency Law!

Hi Susan. Is anything happening with getting a referendum item on the ballot in Nov? Is referendum even the right description. I had heard that one person could have an item put on the ballot this Fall. Is that a referendum? Is anyone else working on something like this? I would imagine that this might be the most effective thing to do. Like having people vote on a "Concurrency Law" so that the County would have to stop all building until they build the roads and infracstructure to support all the new homes.
I bet the developers would pressure the County into building more roads if the concurrency law was enacted. I doubt anyone else would be opposed to it because everyone can see the results of unchecked growth on this island.
What are your thoughts on this strategy?
