Hawaii would be a tremendous location to bring this high speed cable. We are the gateway to the east. Hawaii is cutting edge in many other areas.
Such as researchers at the World Wide telescopes on Mauna Kea, the sciencetis to study the Volcano, World Wide Tsunami Center, Milatary, cutting edge Natrual Energy Lab studying alternate energies,and alternate landing location for the shuttle.
Not to mention our Number one industry.
