For what seems like years now the Queen Kahamanau Highway (phase 1) is being worked on. The construction crews and equipment that are on the job any given day is no more then 10. What kind of construction is this. Are the Contractors being charged for taking so long???
Are the County Council Members doing anything about it???
What is Harry Kim doing about it??
What is Bruce McClure doing about it??
Is this Contractor going to be allowed to bid on the next phase (to the airport)???
Hopeful to see who's in the running for Mayor.
Stacey Higa should have been terminated when the County lost a $270,000.00 law suit against him. Our tax dollars are paying for this kind of behavior???
